I was asked about my intake for the past two days so here it is:
Sunday:+Bulletproof coffee+2 cheeseburger patties+Baby spinach
+Tofu, spinach, broccoli stirfry in butter+Avocado
+Turkey burger patty+Low carb wrap+Spinach artichoke dip
+Pecans
Monday:+Americano with half and half+Low carb wrap +Deli sliced turkey+Spinach artichoke dip
+Two burger patties+Grilled eggplant with balsamic+Romaine lettuce+Olive oilPictured above
+Pecans
Dinner will most likely be a turkey burger patty or somethin’.(:

PLZ excuse awkward pose

My working squat sets were 185 (again) and I did six sets of five. Definitely getting stronger. I was also quite pleased to find a more noticeable “shelf” for the bar to rest on- yay accessory work 

My finger was being a little bitch the whole time. Oh well.

Also I’ve decided to reboot with low carb to help my body 
A) not trick itself into thinking its hungry while on BC 

And

B) fight the depo’s tendency to increase insulin resistance (one of the reasons why women tend to gain weight on depo)

Also I’m v v excited because I’m getting big and strong
